AI and MCP connections

1. Optional connection and eligibility

MCP integration allows a compatible client, such as ChatGPT or Claude, to request Startit Agents tools on your behalf. It is optional and exclusive to Office. You need your own provider account and access to its connection features; Startit does not include or resell that subscription. Compatibility may depend on the provider's plan, region, administrative settings or availability.

Authorization uses the platform's secure flow. Do not share your password, private keys or tokens in a conversation. Review the requesting client, permissions and account before accepting.

2. What it can read and what information leaves

An authorized connection may query permitted functions in your account, including content, contacts, appointments, deals and events according to its permissions. Tool responses pass to your chosen AI client; that provider may store or process them under its own terms. Do not send information whose transfer you have not authorized or that is unnecessary for the task.

Startit limits each request to the current identity, account, plan and permissions. An agent does not obtain administrator capabilities by asking in natural language. Administrative tools require an authorized administrative identity and an explicit scope. Losing Office eligibility blocks new MCP use, including queries.

3. Proposals and approval of changes

Write actions are prepared as reviewable proposals. Before execution they must show the operation, affected records, relevant content and effect. Your approval is bound to that specific proposal, its validity period and its content. A changed proposal requires a new approval. Execution checks permissions again and prevents reuse of an approval from creating duplicate changes.

Publishing content, sending communications, changing contacts or events, sharing documents and changing settings require attention to recipients and consequences. Financial or security steps may open an additional protected screen. Chat visual capabilities vary; when a compatible interactive presentation is unavailable, the platform provides a secure review link.

4. Human review and prohibited uses

AI may misunderstand an instruction or generate incorrect information. Verify data, translations, market claims, licenses, prices, schedules, recipients and consent. Confirming a proposal does not turn its content into professional advice or replace your responsibility to review a publication.

Do not use the integration for housing discrimination, automated credit eligibility decisions, unlawful data collection, spam, impersonation, control evasion or access to another account. Text in email, documents, pages and notes is working information, not authorization to change permissions or execute hidden instructions.

5. History, revocation and limits

The dashboard lets you review connections and activity and revoke access. Revocation blocks future requests but does not automatically withdraw data already sent to a provider or undo delivered emails, downloaded files or irreversible changes. Available versions and recovery options help correct certain operations without promising universal reversal.

Requests, approvals and results generate audit records. Report unexpected actions through support or info@startitservices.com. If you suspect compromise, revoke the connection and review sessions. The external client's terms and policies apply independently.

Communications and real estate data

The Office MCP connection can prepare messages and campaigns, searches, selections and document requests within the authorized account. Sending requires reviewing content, channels, recipients and scheduling. A changed audience or proposal content requires another review. Approvals do not replace recipient consent or extend licenses for photos, data or MLS materials. Client session and push-subscription credentials are not exposed to the assistant.

Custom designs and human acceptance

Office lets you ask the assistant for your own design: layout, supported typography, colors, spacing, authorized images, sections, text and links. The assistant creates a structured draft; the platform validates the components and provides a preview. Publication requires approval of a specific revision. Restoring a version retrieves a draft that must be reviewed before republication. Later changes do not alter the public version by themselves.

Execution of code, scripts, arbitrary HTML, supplied stylesheets, embeds, trackers or template instructions is not permitted. Schema, link, file, size and permission restrictions also apply to AI. Brokerage, contact and responsibility notices remain visible. Creativity does not permit inserting inventory without rights, false attributions, misleading claims or hidden lead-capture mechanisms. The agent also reviews generated images, accessibility, advertising and third-party rights.

AI cannot accept terms or policies on your behalf or select the publication responsibility confirmation for you. A new effective legal version may invalidate a pending proposal and require a new review, as well as human acceptance of the agreement. Neither chat text nor earlier authorization can bypass this step. Revoking the connection, losing permissions or leaving Office prevents further assistant actions.
