The local evaluation environment uses Docker infrastructure and may capture email in a test mailbox without delivering it externally. Before activating a public deployment, the operator must identify here the hosting provider, location and storage actually contracted. We do not attribute data to an infrastructure provider that is not yet active.
2. Agent-selected services
When authorized through MCP, ChatGPT (OpenAI) or Claude (Anthropic) receives information returned to its tools. Account terms, retention and data-use controls are governed by your agreement with that provider. Subscribing to Office does not connect them automatically.
The domain registrar is identified before an assisted purchase. The agent is the registrant and may review the terms and data required by that registrar. Social media, external calendar and IDX/MLS provider connectors are not included.
3. Changes and questions
We update this register when actual services change. Additions affecting processing on the agent's behalf are communicated under the Data Processing Agreement. For information about location, contracts, a specific provider or a data-protection objection, write to info@startitservices.com.
Browser notification services
When a client enables push, the browser may use Google, Apple, Mozilla or Microsoft services to transport alerts. The provider depends on browser and device. Generic alerts travel through encrypted Web Push with technical metadata needed for delivery; private content is viewed in the app after authentication. Permission may be withdrawn in Preferences or in the browser. Clients choose to open FlexMLS or other external links; saving a link does not establish a data integration or automatically transfer CRM data to the destination.
