Terms of service

1. The agreement and who may use the service

These terms govern Startit Agents, a service of Startit Services LLC, Florida, United States ("Startit", "we"). By checking the acceptance box during registration or contracting, you accept these terms and the policies incorporated by reference. The Privacy Policy explains data handling; the Data Processing Agreement applies to your contact and client data that we process following your instructions.

You must be at least 18, have capacity to enter a contract and be authorized to use the professional identity and materials you provide. The service is intended for independent real estate agents. You must maintain the licenses and authorizations required for your activity and comply with your brokerage's advertising and supervision rules.

Startit provides software. It does not act as a real estate agent, broker, lender, lawyer, tax adviser, representative of your clients or party to a real estate transaction. It does not independently verify property information or guarantee leads, sales, search ranking, financing approval or business results.

2. Account, identity and responsibility

Each subscription includes one professional account, one agent user and one website. Limited client portal access does not provide additional agent licenses. Informational affiliation with a brokerage does not grant access to your account. Provide accurate information, verify your email and keep billing information current.

Protect your credentials, use the available security options and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share the professional account, impersonate another person or circumvent limits or controls. You are responsible for instructions you issue and connections you authorize, without affecting any responsibility that legally belongs to Startit for its own actions.

3. Plans, capabilities and external services

The Web plan costs US$49 per month or US$588 per year. The Office plan costs US$99 per month or US$1,188 per year. Both include the three templates, one website, up to 25 active properties, three active appointment types and the capabilities listed on the plans page. Web includes 1 GB of storage; Office includes 5 GB, up to 5,000 contacts and 100 active deals, plus CRM, tasks, portal, automations, events and MCP access. Storage includes original files, optimized variants and portal documents.

Limits apply to the account as a whole. Reaching a limit may prevent creating additional resources of that type; it does not automatically delete existing ones. Public inquiries may still arrive when CRM capacity is reached. Before changing to a plan with lower limits, reduce incompatible usage or agree with support on how to retain and export information.

The calendar is internal. The product does not include social media, IDX, MLS or external calendar connections. Domain registration, professional mailboxes, photography, custom copywriting, third-party translation and ChatGPT or Claude subscriptions are not included, except for the annual domain benefit described below or an express agreement.

4. Recurring charges, taxes and renewal

When confirming a subscription, you authorize recurring advance charges at the interval and amount shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes identified there. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel renewal. Prices are in US dollars. Annual periods are charged in full, not in monthly installments.

Stripe processes payment and may apply its own security and billing conditions. Startit does not store your complete card number or security code. You must maintain a valid payment method. A failed payment may result in notices, retries and restrictions on publishing or paid functions. Your subscription's effective date and status appear in the dashboard.

Before confirming a plan change, the available financial impact is presented, including prorated adjustments where applicable. Do not authorize the change if you disagree with that summary. Price changes for your renewal will be communicated at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before they take effect. A new price does not retroactively change a period already paid for.

5. Cancellation, refunds and data when service ends

You may cancel renewal from billing. Unless a different date is expressly shown when confirming, you retain access for the paid period until it ends. No additional minimum commitment is required. Closing an account and canceling renewal are different actions: if you also want to delete your account, request closure and export information you need.

Except as required by law, for a confirmed billing error or under a written commitment from Startit, periods already begun are not refunded for partial use, non-use or early cancellation. This does not limit nonwaivable rights or prevent requesting a charge review at info@startitservices.com. Approved credits or refunds are documented in writing and processed through a method permitted by the payment provider.

When Office eligibility ends, its features and MCP access are disabled, including queries. Pending AI changes cannot bypass that restriction. Downgrading does not by itself authorize immediate deletion of your contacts; you may request export and arrange with support how to close resources not included in the new plan. Do not use an inactive account as an indefinite archive. Before ordinary deletion for closure or inactivity, we will inform you of the export period, unless law, a security threat or a valid deletion request requires earlier action.

6. Domains, HTTPS and the annual benefit

You may use the assigned subdomain or connect a domain you control. You must demonstrate technical control and configure the DNS records indicated. Do not claim another person's domain or alter unrelated records. HTTPS activation depends on verification, DNS and certificate issuance. Connecting a website does not include an email mailbox.

An active, paid annual subscription lets you request assisted registration or renewal through Startit of one standard .com domain costing up to US$20 in a 12-month period. The benefit applies to one domain registered through Startit; changing plans does not restart the period. It is subject to availability and excludes premium domains, third-party purchases, expired-domain recovery, paid additional protection, email and cash reimbursement for independently managed domains. Any excess requires your prior acceptance.

The agent will be the domain registrant and must maintain an independent, accessible recovery email. Startit's authorization is limited to the agreed management. If you cancel, you retain the domain and assume future renewals; the registered period remains until expiration. Registrar rules and locks may affect transfers. A covered renewal requires eligibility when due; request assistance in advance. Website records and subscription status do not replace obligations to the registrar.

7. Your content and intellectual property

You retain your rights to text, photos, brands, data and documents you supply. You grant us limited authorization to host, process, optimize, back up and display them according to your instructions to provide the service. We do not acquire ownership of your contacts or a license to sell their data.

You must have the necessary rights, consents and authorizations. Verify prices, measurements, availability, licenses, attributions, testimonials, notices and required disclosures before publishing. Do not present sample photos as actual inventory or fabricate reviews, sales or credentials. Stock images may involve personality, trademark or property rights that a copyright license does not resolve.

The software, templates, Startit identity and their original elements remain owned by Startit or its licensors. You receive access during your subscription, not ownership of the code or a right to resell templates. Applicable third-party licenses continue to apply. You may export your content through available features or a support request; an export is not a perpetual application license.

8. Contacts, appointments, events and communications

You are responsible for a valid basis to collect, import, share and contact people; clear notices; honoring their rights; and respecting preferences and opt-outs. Do not import purchased lists, unlawfully obtained data or information about people who have rejected those communications. Registering for an event or making an inquiry is not blanket consent to promotional campaigns.

Event attendance and safety, property access, cancellations, schedule changes and the accuracy of event details are the organizing agent's responsibility. Startit provides registration, QR codes and follow-up tools. Visitors should confirm event details and must not use the platform for emergencies. Creating an appointment or registration does not by itself establish a real estate representation agreement.

Operational communications about accounts, payments, security, reservations and support form part of the service. Optional commercial communications must be identified and provide legally required opt-out options. Delivery is not guaranteed: recipient filters, address errors or provider interruptions may prevent receipt.

9. AI, connections and approvals

MCP access is reserved for Office and requires specific authorization. The AI and MCP Connections Policy forms part of this agreement. You choose the provider, review permissions and authorize proposals before changes execute. A connection cannot exceed your plan, access other accounts or exercise Startit administrative powers.

Assistants may make errors, omit context or propose inappropriate content. Review people, recipients, dates, prices, permissions and effects before approving. Do not delegate discriminatory decisions, creditworthiness assessments, regulated advice or actions for which you lack authorization. The provider account, policies and restrictions apply separately. Revoking a connection blocks new access but does not erase information the provider has already received.

10. Operations, support and suspension

We provide support through the dashboard and info@startitservices.com. Technical information attached to a request is used to investigate the issue. We may perform maintenance, correct errors and update the service. We will endeavor to notify you of significant planned interruptions; we do not promise uninterrupted availability or a contractual response time unless agreed in writing.

We may temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary for fraud, nonpayment, a security threat, material breach, legal requirement or risk to others. When safe and lawful, we will explain the reason and how to request review. Suspension will be limited to a reasonable scope for the issue. Startit administrators may access information needed for support, security, compliance and operations under access controls and logging.

11. Warranties, liability and claims

To the extent permitted by law, the service is offered according to its availability and described capabilities, without implied warranties of business results, fitness for a particular use or absolute freedom from errors. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted, neither party is liable for indirect losses, lost profits or consequential damages arising from this agreement. Startit's total liability for claims related to the service is limited to amounts paid by the affected account during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, liability that cannot legally be limited or obligations expressly requiring different treatment.

You are responsible for third-party claims caused by content you published without rights, unlawful activity or material breach of your obligations, to the extent attributable to your conduct. Startit will notify you of the claim and allow reasonable participation in its defense; it will not impose a settlement admitting your fault or placing nonmonetary obligations on you without consent. This obligation does not cover harm caused by Startit.

12. Governing law, changes and contact

Florida law applies, without displacing mandatory rules protecting a party in its jurisdiction. Before beginning a court claim, we propose attempting resolution through notice to info@startitservices.com and good-faith discussion. If unresolved, the competent Florida courts will hear the matter unless a mandatory rule requires another forum. Merely using this page does not impose mandatory arbitration or a waiver of collective rights.

We will notify material changes at least 30 days in advance, unless a legal or security correction requires a shorter period. Changes will not retroactively alter obligations already performed. The applicable version and date are shown in the document and required acceptances are recorded in the account. If one provision is invalid, the others remain effective. Failure to exercise a right is not a waiver.

For support, billing, legal notices, intellectual property or claims, contact info@startitservices.com. Include the account name and a specific description. Do not send passwords, security codes or complete card details.

Client app, communications and external links

Office includes an installable web app (PWA) for invited clients. Installation and notifications depend on the client's device, browser, connection and permissions. We do not guarantee immediate receipt or reading of an alert. Messages remain in the private inbox while the record is retained and access remains active.

The agent must be authorized to send communications and share links or materials. Campaigns present a review step; recipients and channels remain subject to current consent and preferences. External searches are agent-configured links with periodic reminders. Startit does not query FlexMLS to detect new listings, does not copy its catalogs and does not guarantee external sites' availability or accuracy. Opening a link takes the client to a service with its own terms.

Before publishing or sharing a property through structured features, the agent records its source, brokerage, authorization and material rights, including channels, restrictions and validity. Evidence remains private. These controls do not certify documents' legal validity or replace owner, brokerage or provider permissions. Startit may remove or block content when rights expire, are revoked or face substantiated claims.

Private documents and authorization evidence count toward account storage. Campaign and search operational limits appear in their forms; the service does not authorize abusive sending or evasion of client preferences.

Agreement versions and responsibility when publishing

The Publication policy, Electronic acceptance policy and content complaints procedure form part of these terms. The application preserves each published version and records the account holder’s express acceptance. Accessing a screen or inactivity is not recorded as acceptance. When a new version takes effect, operational functions subject to the agreement will require acceptance; available billing, support, security, export and closure options will remain accessible. Contractual acceptance does not authorize promotional messages.

Before publishing, the agent separately confirms their review and rights to the content. This confirmation is linked to the operation and the current legal version. Automated controls, storage of evidence or administrative approval do not certify ownership, regulatory compliance or property accuracy. Startit remains responsible for its own legally imposed obligations; no disclaimer transfers those obligations to the agent.

Office allows custom designs through supported components and MCP proposals. You may use your original content and designs subject to the limits of their rights; platform libraries and components retain their licenses. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection or absence of similarities in an AI-generated result. When downgrading to Web, an already-published design may remain visible while the subscription and publication are active, but creating, editing or publishing custom designs requires Office. You may return to an included template. Access rules and plan limits continue to apply.
