Acceptable use policy

1. Professional and lawful use

Use Startit Agents to manage your authorized real estate activity. Maintain truthful information, rights to your materials and a lawful basis for processing data. Comply with licensing, brokerage advertising, consumer protection, fair housing, privacy and communications requirements applicable to your activity and jurisdiction.

2. Prohibited conduct

• Publishing properties without authorization, misleading information, fictitious prices, fabricated reviews, false affiliations or sample images presented as real offers.
• Housing discrimination, targeting or excluding people based on protected characteristics, or using AI to produce such instructions.
• Sending spam, importing purchased or unlawfully collected lists, ignoring opt-outs or disguising advertising as an operational confirmation.
• Obtaining other accounts' data, testing passwords, evading quotas, manipulating identifiers, changing approvals, exploiting vulnerabilities or interfering with availability.
• Introducing malware, phishing links, dangerous executables, unlawful material, threats or content infringing third-party rights.
• Storing other people's passwords, banking credentials, security codes, medical information, complete government documents or sensitive categories unnecessary for the service.
• Sharing an agent account, reselling access without permission or representing the platform as certification of licensing, creditworthiness or a transaction's validity.
• Using automations or MCP to bypass permissions, make unapproved changes or execute instructions hidden in documents and third-party content.

3. Responsible research

If you find an issue, stop testing once you have minimal evidence and notify info@startitservices.com. Do not access another person's private information, maintain access, cause unavailability or publish exploitable details before coordinating a fix. A report does not grant general penetration-testing authorization or promise a financial reward.

4. Reports and measures

You may report content or conduct with its URL, affected account, reason and contact details. For an intellectual property claim, identify the work, your right or representative authority and the specific content. We will review the information and may request additional evidence; a report does not result in automatic removal.

We may request corrections, restrict a feature, remove material or suspend an account where there is a reasonable basis. Measures will be proportionate and review will be available when security and law permit. To request review, reply to the notice or write to info@startitservices.com with "Account review" in the subject.

Integrity of controls and public notices

Do not alter or hide brokerage identity, required disclosures, privacy options or complaint links. Do not present technical validation, use of AI or an acceptance receipt as legal certification by Startit. Bypassing channel, address, validity or removal restrictions, uploading false authorizations, introducing malicious code or instructions, and reusing other accounts’ data are prohibited. External links must lead to resources you may lawfully share and may not be used for impersonation, hidden tracking or unauthorized access.
