Accessibility

1. Our approach

We design Startit Agents with semantic structure, labeled forms, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, readable text and layouts that adapt to different screen widths. Animations respect reduced-motion preferences and essential features do not depend on visual effects.

We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design and review reference. This commitment is not a declaration of certified conformance or a guarantee that every piece of agent-added content or external screen is free of barriers.

2. Content and third parties

Agents should provide useful image descriptions, clear headings, accessible documents and readable color combinations. Published content's readability and accessibility also depend on those choices. Stripe flows and external AI clients have their own interfaces and accessibility controls.

3. Requesting help or reporting a barrier

Write to info@startitservices.com with the page, the task you were trying to complete and, if you wish, the device, browser or assistive technology used. You do not need to disclose medical information.

We will investigate the barrier, request only necessary context and seek an accessible alternative for the task. You can use the same email if a platform form prevents submission. We review the product continuously and prioritize issues that block essential functions.
