1. An express decision by the account holder

The account holder reviews the documents available from the acceptance screen and personally selects the presented checkboxes before confirming. Checkboxes are not selected by default. Confirmation records agreement to the identified version and acknowledgment of the stated responsibilities. AI, an MCP connection or an assistant message cannot accept these documents on behalf of the account holder.

Privacy acceptance acknowledges the notice about processing; it does not make all processing consent-based or replace other legal bases. Marketing permissions, optional cookies, push and client channels are managed separately. Publication confirmation also does not replace material licenses or brokerage permissions.

2. Version and evidence of the operation

Each legal release has an identifier, publication and effective dates, a summary of changes, complete documents and an integrity fingerprint. Published versions are retained without being overwritten. The receipt links the account holder and account to the version, presented language, date, channel and confirmations. Network and browser metadata help investigate the operation. The system does not claim to have verified that every paragraph was read or attribute notarization or qualified signature properties to the fingerprint.

If the version changes while you review it, you will need to load and confirm the current version. The history does not assign retroactive acceptance merely because an account exists. Unpublished drafts are identified as such and do not replace the current agreement.

3. Notice and effective date

Changes are announced in the dashboard and by email to the account address. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance, except when a legal or security need justifies a shorter period, whose reason will be identified. The announced date does not retroactively alter obligations already fulfilled. Check your contact details; an email that has been sent may be filtered or fail to arrive.

Once the new version takes effect, you must accept it to continue operations subject to it. If you disagree, you may consult the documentation, request assistance, manage billing or cancellation, and use the available security and privacy options to export or close your account. Refusal is not recorded as consent and does not remove rights you already have.

4. Access, language and copies

You need an up-to-date browser with Internet access and the ability to display, save or print pages. Documents and receipts are available from the legal center and version archive; use your browser’s print function to save a PDF copy. You may request a copy or accessibility assistance at info@startitservices.com. The record retains the language of the documents presented. Spanish and English versions should be interpreted consistently; a material difference requires clarification and will not be used to impose an unexpected obligation on the account holder.

The service is intended for professionals. Where a rule requires written notices, special electronic consent, additional access requirements or withdrawal, those requirements and applicable non-waivable rights will be respected. This policy does not replace special procedures required for real estate contracts or formal signing of third-party documents.

5. Withdrawal of electronic communications and contact

You may request an alternative means of access or state that you no longer wish to contract electronically by contacting info@startitservices.com. We will assess legal requirements and available options; if this digital service cannot be provided without essential communications, you may cancel renewal or close your account under the Terms. Withdrawal does not by itself invalidate previous operations or delete records that may lawfully be retained. Marketing opt-outs are handled through their own controls and do not require account closure.
